Where can I park my car?

Office: If you are standing opposite the office there are available free parking lots about 100m from our office on the left hand side. Behind a Merkator (supermarket) there is a big parking lot!
Base: Next to our base there is much easier park than any other places.

What should I bring?

For all water activities you will need swimming clothes and a towel, and any medication you would normally carry with you.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, croakies for glasses (head strap) some cash which can be safely left in the bus during the trip (Refreshment, tip, video)
For Zipline trip you will need a closed shoes.

Can I bring a waterproof camera with me?

How many people fit in one boat?

Gupy: 1 person, Ducky: 1-2 person, Mini raft: 2-3 person, Raft: up to 6-8-10 person

Is there a weight limit for certain activities?

Hard to tell an exact number. Our biggest wetsuit is size 58 (about 130 kb.) The PDF must fit to you and you can buckle on your chest. If you are not able to buckle the PFD you are not able to participate the rafting trip!

What if there is bad weather?

Sometimes outdoor activities can be affected by weather conditions but it is difficult to predict exactly how the weather will be until a few days before the trip. Please contact us closer to the departure date, in case the trip cannot depart we will try to either accommodate you on another date or activity or refund your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of individual bookings of up to 8 participants . Please visit our terms and conditions page for a complete description of our cancellation policy.

Do I need kayaking experience for inflatable kayak trip?

It does not require any paddling skills but you have to be fit and confident in the water.

Are there group discounts?

Group discounts are available for groups of 10 participants or more.

I paid for my trip online but it was later cancelled, when will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued on the next day of the cancellation but it can take up few days for the banks to transfer the money back.

I booked online but did not receive my ticket?

After booking online there can be delay until payment is received.  Once payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with a pdf ticket attachment.  If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder and/or make sure you entered a valid email address when making the booking.  If you still have problems please contact us.

Is it possible to pay in cash?

Yes. We require your credit card details to make the reservation but you can pay cash on arrival. We accept Euros and Hungarian Forint.

Can I participate even though I have a medical condition?

Some medical conditions may prohibit you from participation. If you do have a medical condition, it is very important that you inform our staff prior to participation. If you require medication for your condition, you will need to bring that with you incase it is needed. We always have a waterproof case with us.

What's the highest jump on my canyoning tour?

The highest jump in Canyoning is 6m / 18ft (optional).

What can I do with my dog during a trip?

During the trip your dog can be with our driver. During a hot summer day it is better to leave your dog in our office! Bring a proper leash and something to drink!
