1.  The customer has the opportunity to choose the programs of the following dates indicated. The customer accepts the terms and conditions when reserving the programs and making the payment. A contract is set up between the customer and the company, by adopting the following terms and conditions.

2. The aim of the agreement is the participation in the programs organized by the company and the requisition of the rental opportunities offered. The customer has to pay before renting or participating in the programs.

3. Price
The prices are in EUR and include all TAX, the transportation and the equipment. The rentals not include guide and transportation (bicycle, Via Ferrata equipment and camera.)

The necessary equipment are included such as neoprene shoes, neoprene clothes, life jacket, helmet, paddle, harness.

When renting bicycle, the helmet and the locker are included in the price.
When renting camera, the helmet with the stick is provided.
When renting Via Ferrata equipment, the price includes the helmet, harness, lanyard and the gloves. (The guide is not provided)
Zipline price includes the helmet and the harness. Closed shoes are needed!

The prices do not include the insurance, the accommodation, the meal and the photos, videos.

If a website error or deficiency occurs, we reserve the right for subsequent adjustments as described in the terms and conditions. Potential errors could occur, we assume no liability!

4. Payment condition
The booked activities are to be paid before the commencement of the trip as follows:

·         Full payment when you book

·         Advance payment if it is possible when you check out:

·         The balance is to be paid the latest trip departure.

In the event of untimely payment, the organizer reserves the right to refuse the activity or withdraw from the contract. The resulting cancellation the booking fee is refundable in accordance to number 6.

Payment needs to be recorded as paid to TrekkSoft, an authorized agent of Eurotrekking D.O.O. Subsequently, it is TrekkSoft that will appear on the customer's credit card statement in the case of an online transaction/purchase.

5. Cancellation or Contract Modification by the Customer
Cancellations of contracts must be in writing. Cancellations are only valid after consulting with the organizer and obtaining their agreement. All received documents (confirmation, tickets, coupons, etc.) must be attached and returned at this time.

In the event of a complete cancellation, the following percent of the arrangement costs will be charged to the contracting party:

For group reservations (more than 8 participants):

10-20 days before the activity: 30%
2-9 days before the activity: 75%

1 day before the activity or non-appearance: 100%

In the event of a partial cancellation of a group reservation (reduction of the number of participants) the following percent of the arrangement costs will be charged per person to the contracting party:

2-9 days before the activity: 30%
2 days or less before the activity: 100%

For individuals (up to 8 participants):

2 days or less before the activity: 100%

In the case of the third party suppliers, the cancellation conditions of the respective supplier apply.  These potential costs can be additionally added to the bill.

The customer is not entitled to a refund in the event of a later start or an early departure from the activity.

Extra costs incurred due to a later start, an early departure, or the postponement of an activity because of the customer, are to be paid by the customer.

 6. Cancellation or modification of the contract the organizer
Sport programs or services can be cancelled by the organizer if sport- prohibitive natural conditions are created, like flooding river, heavy lightning, landslides, earthquakes, etc. After assessing security risks, the organizer can cancel the tour and may transfer it to another date if it satisfies both parties. If the rescheduled date is not satisfactory, the organizer will refund the price of the tour within 48 hours in cash or transfer.

7. Terms and Conditions
The customer declares that they are aware of the dangers of extreme sports and take part on their own risk and that during the sports program are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and have swimming knowledge. In addition, does not have heart disease, lung disease, etc. ... The participation program for pregnant women is strictly forbidden! The program is for ages 6-90 years. If the participant does not comply with the above, they may be excluded from participation in sports programs. The participant agrees that the media of the tour can be used by the provider for marketing or may use it for their own purposes.

8. Insurance
The customer is aware that the prices of selected programs and Rentals does not include insurance, so they have to provide it themselves prior to the tour itself.

9 Liabilities
The participant states that participation in the programs on their own responsibility, they will comply with the instructions of the tour guides and, if they fail to comply, they will immediately be excluded from the programs.

10. Governing Law
Terms and conditions of the purchase rights are not indicated in the implementation of the Slovenian law.

11. Confirmation
Following the order, the system automatically sends an e-mail in which we confirm and describe the details of the reservation. If you need more information about e- mail, contact us by phone or inquire about the availability of those shown.
